This layout was supposed to be done and uploaded three weeks ago, and well most of the coding was already finished by then, but I was too lazy to tidy things up and get it all packaged and ready. This layout has a teeny weeny problem though, there is a 1px bottom margin under each link at the navigation column when the layout it viewed in Internet Explorer. I have tried everything to get rid of that dumb bottom margin but nothing seems to work, the * html method has also been proved unseccessful. But other than that, the layout still works in Internet Explorer!

By the way, there is no background for the navigation column link when you hover over it. It's not some kind of mistake, I just like the way it looks without a background. Also, links can be put at the top bar where the phrase "Let the wind blow all your troubles away and dry your tears" is. Try hovering over "dry your tears" and see what I mean.

Bold text looks like this. Underline looks like this.Links look like this. This layout is supposedly viewable in recent editions of Internet Explorer, Opera, Safari and Firefox at a resolution of 800*600 and above.

Download the zip file and upload the images onto your server or image host. Open and edit the index.html file to suit your preference. Upload both style.css and index.html onto your server.
